DESCRIPTION:How can national registries and Individual Learning Accounts strengthen adult learning across Europe?\nThe RALExILA Final Conference – One Europe\, Many Learners will explore how comprehensive Adult Learning and Education (ALE) registries and Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs) can improve access\, transparency\, and quality in lifelong learning systems. As Member States implement ILAs and national registries\, robust digital infrastructures are becoming essential for empowering learners and supporting evidence-based policy. \nJoin the RALExILA Final Conference on 3 December 2025\, 9:30–17:30 in Brussels\, Belgium.
