Cassia has 15 years of experience in climate change and sustainable development policy, with experience in the public, private, and third sectors. She currently works at Climate KIC (Strategic Programmes), the largest public-private partnership to foster climate innovation in Europe. In 2018, Cassia founded Youth Climate Leaders, an organization that fosters climate action and careers by training and connecting young people with networks and opportunities to start their careers as climate leaders. When she started in the field, there were still many discussions about WHY climate change was a problem, progressing later to WHAT we should do to address it. The great question, now, is: HOW can we transition to more sustainable and just societies? Cassia has thus focused on finding innovative solutions and acupuncture points that can unleash the change we deserve at the speed we need.
