This programme explores how to recognise and interpret change beyond traditional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including shifts in human behaviour, relationships, and institutions. Through qualitative storytelling techniques and the combination of quantitative and qualitative evidence, participants will learn how to understand impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate the changes that matter.
