Course overview

The Remaking the Street Summer School offers a unique learning experience focused on transforming urban streets through real-world experimentation and design. Blending flexible online modules with immersive, on-site learning in Munich (Germany) and Rotterdam (Netherlands), the programme gives you direct exposure to how cities are rethinking public space and mobility.

You will move beyond the classroom, exploring urban interventions first-hand alongside academics, professionals, and community experts. Through site visits by bike, foot, and public transport, you will discover how street experiments are implemented and how they shape more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable urban environments.
