Course overview
This new training program is aimed at civil servants in European cities, particularly those working in mobility departments, EU project offices, and smart city departments. It provides tools and techniques for effectively communicating urban mobility concepts, focusing on fostering public acceptance, driving behaviour change, and designing and implementing engagement activities such as co-creation workshops. Participants will also learn to evaluate new urban mobility solutions from a user and citizen perspective.
