InnoEnergy was established in 2010 with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, as one of the first Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs). Since then, it has become a driving force behind Europe’s energy transition, accelerating innovation across the entire clean energy value chain.
Goals
InnoEnergy’s mission is to accelerate the energy transition by supporting the development of scalable, impactful clean technologies. It works to strengthen European energy value chains, lead strategic alliances in key sectors such as batteries and solar PV, and build industrial ecosystems that support energy independence and long-term sustainability.
